DISH Network to Offer Three Free Months of DISH Network Value Pak with HBO, Cinemax

EchoStar Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: DISH) and its DISH Network(TM), a leading provider of satellite television entertainment services, announced today it is now offering new customers three free months of its DISH Network Value Pak with HBO and Cinemax, a savings of approximately $150. The DISH Network Value Pak of America's Top 100 channel package provides 132 channels of America's most popular programming, including 13 premium movie channels of HBO and Cinemax for $49.99 per month.

To qualify for this special offer, new DISH Network customers can choose DISH Network's Value Pak with eight channels of HBO and five channels of Cinemax along with either America's Top 100 or DISH Latino Dos programming packages. New DISH Network customers will receive a credit of $49.99 beginning with their first bill and continuing through their third bill, totaling $149.97 in credits.

The Digital Home Plan provides new customers the ability to receive DISH Network programming for up to four TVs for a $49.99 activation fee that includes system delivery, standard professional installation and a $49.99 credit on the first bill. A 12-month commitment is required.

DISH Network offers consumers the lowest all digital TV package price in America at only $24.99 per month for more than 50 channels. DISH Network guarantees the lowest all digital TV price through January 2005. Local channels are available for $5.99 per month.
